Guest Bath: All the Sources

Happy Friday, friends!

I’m excited to finally share the full guest bathroom today including all of the sources! Truth be told, this bathroom has been complete for some time and I’m embarrassed for the delay in posting here! I’ve been trying this thing – where I do one thing at a time and sometimes (unfortunately) the blog takes a back seat and gets a bit neglected. My hat is off to the bloggers and biz ladies out there that post everyday or multiple times per week. Maybe one day I’ll get there….

Anyways, back to the task at hand – sharing this bathroom that I’m very fond and proud of! Let’s get to it!

The Tile

This bathroom is basically a wet room! (and I’m totally on board for this). So much tile! I chose three different patterns – simple 4 x 4 white subway tile for the shower area, a gorgeous marble mosaic tile backsplash for the vanity and that moody midnight blue herringbone tile for the floor. I am totally team tile everything!

We used the same grout I have used in all of the subway tile in my home – Pro Grout Excel Whisper Grey. It’s the perfect light/medium gray! We painted the walls SW Pure White to balance all the patterns and textures from the tile.

The Vanity

I repurposed the existing vanity box and replaced the older countertop with yummy Carrara marble, complete with a fun waterfall edge! I also swapped out the hardware with some Mid-Century modern style knobs and pulls from Schoolhouse Electric. I found those really awesome pill-shaped brass mirrors from Target and they ended up fitting the space perfectly! And they were so cheap! ($39.99!)

The Lighting

Well, technically it’s just one light, but man it’s worth mentioning! This bistro double sconce is everything – the epitome of beautiful design and quality craftsmanship. I would like several more for the rest of my house, please!

The Modern Barn Door

This is my first experience with one of these, despite them being all the rage in the interiors world. I’m happy to say I get the hype! This modern beauty I selected for the closet really amps up the style factor and gives the room a custom feel.

The Tub

We opted for a deep alcove tub with clean lines and a modern sensibility. My kids especially appreciate the deepness of the tub for bubble bath parties! All of the beautiful matte black fixtures are from Delta (as detailed here).

Everything Else

The little details are the best bits! My favorite would have to be those custom door handles that look like they came out of a craftsman home from the 1930s! They really level up + elevate the builder grade doors!

Another little delight for me would be the Danish hand soap and lotion that I found on Amazon! The scent is so light, delicate and fresh and takes me back to Copenhagen!

As usual, I’ve rounded up everything below (except for the rug pictured, which unfortunately they discontinued). All the links are below the graphic.
